We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Tambaram, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT or cybersecurity sales, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and services. This role is critical to driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.

Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote cybersecurity solutions and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and deliver client presentations.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial contracts with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to management.
- Travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Educational Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or certifications in cybersecurity sales or business development will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT or cybersecurity sales and business development.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

Additional Requirement
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity products and services (e.g., Penetration Testing, SOC, SIEM, endpoint security, cloud security).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as per business needs.
